Background

Mohau completed his articles at Schindlers Attorneys, Notaries and Conveyancers, a medium sized firm in Melrose Arch. Mohau has extensive experience in commercial litigation and drafting including but not limited to civil litigation, property law disputes, corporate restructures and drafting of agreements. Mohau has assists in defended action and opposed High Court proceedings including residential evictions, commercial evictions, property law disputes, construction disputes and payment applications.

Experience

• Mohau was the lead attorney advising the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (“SANRAL”) on various commercial and property related matters;
• He was the lead attorney assisting the South African Council for Graduates (“SACGRA”) on various matters;
• He assisted in the forensic investigation during the liquidation of NorthWest Transport Investments SOC Limited (“NTI”);
• He assisted in the forensic investigation of the National Heritage Council of South Africa (“NHC”);
• He was part of the team of attorneys advising Vumacam (Pty) Ltd with wayleave applications for connected network of CCTV infrastructure within the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan;
• He was part of the team of attorneys advising and assisting Quorum Holdings (Pty) Ltd with commercial eviction applications, collection of arrear rentals and various commercial agreements; and
• He was a part of attorney advising and assisting GladAfrica (Pty) Ltd on various matters.
