Associate Attorney

Lisa is an admitted of the High Court of South Africa with 8 (eight) years post qualification experience. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg currently working towards qualifying as a Conveyancer.

She has sound general legal practice experience encompassing commercial, property, criminal, forensic family and international law. Familiar with the workings of the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, Sectional Titles Act, the Sectional Titles Scheme Management Act the Older Persons Act, the Companies Act as well as the King Code, the proposed Cyber Crimes Act and related criminal legislation.

Lisa has legal practice experience in the area of property law relating to commercial contracts, property transfers, company registrations, evictions, rental collections and property developments such as hotels, share block, Home Owners Associations (HOA) and sectional title schemes. She is acknowledged for skills in drafting legal documentation such as Memoranda of Incorporation (MOIs), Offers to Purchase, Leases, Sales and Service Level Agreements.
