Khotso is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 4 (four) years of post-articles experience. He completed his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) at University of the Free State (UFS). He advises clients on matters related to Corporate Governance, Commercial Drafting (including drafting and preparation of transactional documents in the Telecommunications, Finance, Energy and Mining Sectors) and General Civil Litigation. He also advises clients on all other areas of general commercial and corporate law.
