Ayanda is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 4 (four) years post articles experience. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS). Ayanda heads the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice specialising in Labour and Employment Disputes, advising and reviewing company employment contracts and policies to ensure compliance against new legislation such as the POPI Act and the recent amendments to the Labour Relations and BBBEE Acts, Business Rescue, Restructuring & Insolvency Law. He is further competent to advise on and has a strong interest in mining and environmental law.
