Our team assists clients with the drafting and reviewing of wills and trust deeds. In addition, we assist with the incorporation of the trusts, the appointment of trustees and lodgement with the Master of the High Court’s office.
Our teams also assists with other legal issues arising out of a person’s death which includes acting as executors in the deceased estate, liaising with the Master of the High Court, obtaining valuations of assets, disputes and claims of all creditors, the payment of liabilities, resolutions and redistribution agreements between the heirs, winding up of the deceased estate and the distribution of the net assets to beneficiaries.
